Managing Users

CyberRock supports two user types: Tenant Administrator and Tenant User. The Tenant Administrator serves as the primary account owner, with authority to create additional tenant users and add Device ID Group users. Device ID Groups (machine controllers) utilize the Device API to authenticate tokens. Each Device ID Group is provisioned with a prefixed username and password, and is assigned to a specific Tenant User.

The profile of the Tenant can be viewed or changed by clicking on the top right icon.
